RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached and be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund to your original payment method will be processed (Shipping Charges are non-refundable). Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
Please note, duties and taxes are non refundable.
If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions by blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.
In addition: If we reasonably determine that a purchased product that may be eligible for return was ordered through the use of a robot or automatic device or software, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN, TO REFUSE TO OFFER ANY REFUND.

We do not exchange products, once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or adjusted. You can request to cancel your order but please note it is not guaranteed and depends if your order has entered the packing or shipment phases.You can reach out to us by contacting email@example.com, our hours of operation are 8am-4PM PST.
*If your cancelation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. *During peak periods cancelations may not be possible as we cannot disrupt the workflow process by our warehouse team. Our warehouse team strives to dispatch orders to efficiently meet the expectations to our valued customers.
